New iPhone, iPod touch and iPad product announcements for January 20, 2011:

• Independent developer Clever Panda LLC has introduced PhoneTap 1.0 for iPhone 3G, 3GS, or iPhone 4 devices. PhoneTap allows users to conveniently record outgoing phone calls right from their iPhone.
